I have a birthmark of a part of my skin in between my thigh that is white, why does white pubic hair

Only on this particular part of skin, pure white hairs grow there, this is kind of odd, I mean it's on each leg, right in the middle of my thigh kind of, about 4 inches in diameter. When pubic hair grows there, it's pure white, yet even a millimeter away to normal skin, a black hair is growing (my pubic hair is black). Does anyone know if this might mean something? (seriously) or is this just a average birth mark?

You were born without pigment in that particular place(your birthmark) that is very common. Don't be alarmed. I went to school (long time ago!) with a boy who had the problem on his head and he had a lock of pure white hair in the middle of his brown hair. I also know someone who has this on their chin and his facial hair in that spot is white.

It is normal, it just means that there is no pismentation in the skin which is common in a birthmark. if there is no pigmentation in the skin the hair won't have pigment either

you should be placed in the genious world records. this is odd and interesting. If your doctor has informed that it's ok and just a *****, what the hey. it's kewl to be different.

No worries, its totally normal

Its just a couple patches without the pigmentation that hair gets its color from. If you're a girl you'll probably shave it anyway. If you're a guy, I guess theres a 50/50 chance you might shave it, but even if you don't I hardly think it would be a big deal. Its hardly a disfigurement or a third leg. It's totally nothing. I would never worry about it if I was you.
