i have bleached my hair white, but i want it yellowish, what is a good hair dye to do that, that does not have a lightener in it already

Go to a hairdresser and ask them. It probably isn't a good idea to try anything yourself, because your hair might be too brittle after bleaching it to have any other colour over it. You could end up with something you really don't want, so I reckon play it safe and ask a hairdresser.
