Dry hair & skin?

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with dry hair and skin? I use lotion almost everyday but my legs, backs of my hands, %26amp; tops of my feet all have white dry spots and my hair seems somewhat dry as well. How to I get that glowing skin and soft, silky, shiny hair?

Use lotions/creams that don't have alcohol in them or alcohol is way down the list of ingredients. I personally like Curel. Regarding dry hair; get a good conditioner or oil pack. Spend the money and buy Redken or another salon brand. You'll be glad you did.

And yes, DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Sports drinks and soda have a ton of sodium in them which dries you out in the long run as does caffiene.

make sure u use a conditioner suitabkle for dry hair

what type of lotion do u use?...aveeno IS THE BEST!!!!....as for hair..go to the salon and get a deep condtioning treatment...its like$12.00 and makes a HUGE difference!

or you could put it conditoner in your hair and put a piece of foil over your hair and put the hair dryer over your hair for like 15 minutes...but it definitly wont turn out as well as the salon would...good luck

Ok for your skin try to find a natural Coco Butter or Shea Butter use that as a lotion but only use a little or it will be to greasy almost. Also when you get out of the shower/bath put it on immediatly you can dry off but not so dry you want a little bit of wetness on your skin so that the shea/coco butter can sink into your pours.

As for hair if I were you I would go to your local hair care store and ask because I do not know the type fo hair you have. Try Sally's or some type of hair store in this matter.

do not wash your hair everyday, try every 4days but if u have to wash every day make sure u get a leave in conditinor.

if you have dry white spots, that could be ring worm.

go to the doctor and have them checked out.
