You could go to someplace like Sally Beauty and ask them to help you find a toner. Or, you could go to the grocery store and buy something by LoReal- this is the best brand available to the general public. However, your best best is to go to a salon and get it done professionally.

You might try going to a beauty school and ask for an upper level student. They're likely to do a good job and charge you a lot less than a regular salon. I would suggest an all-over blonde color and some natural looking lowlights in a slightly darker blonde to add some dimension.

USUALLY THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE BEAUTY TO YOUR HAIR AT THE PARLOUR KNOW WHAT TO DO..ASK THEM. IT ALSO DEPENDS ON WHAT YOUR NATURAL HAIR COLOUR IS. ONLY CERTAIN COLOURS FIT CERTAIN PEOPLE..BLACK HAIRED PEOPLE SHOULD EITHER DO BROWN OR MAUGHAN.
