My natural hair is curly and I went to school with it in a scrunchy at top. and a scrunchy at the bottom of my head. I t was really cute. Kinda looked like a hairstyle from the 80's. But for some reason every single white person adored my hair while every single black person hated it and laughed.

i'm black and indian. so my hair is really curly but not nappy. it comes to my shoulders.

But anyways, some black girls are just like that. I really don't know why. I remember when i was in the fourth grade and one girl said my hair was fake!!!! Just this week, a girl who didn't know me said that I thought that I was "all that". I don't get it either. It could of been jealousy or it just could have been a difference in style (because they could have just flat out hated it). Either way, it doesn't matter. Ive been told so many horrible things about my hair and it doesn't matter to me anymore. It shouldn't matter to you either.
